How far in advance should I book talent?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure the best talent selection and adequate preparation time. However, we can also accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows.

Can you provide models outside of Houston?

Yes! While we are based in Houston, we have access to models in multiple cities and can travel or source talent nationwide depending on your project needs.

What if we need specific looks or skills?

We specialize in matching brands with the right talent. Whether you need a specific age range, size, aesthetic, or skill set—such as acting, dance, or athletic ability—we’ll curate models who fit your exact requirements.

Do you handle contracts and payments with models?

Yes. We manage all contracts, rates, and payment processing with the models so you can focus on your project. We also ensure all agreements are in place before the booking date for a smooth experience.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future project. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable due to the commitment of our talent and preparation involved.
