MEET LAUREN LYFESTYLE
Lauren is a model coach, agency owner, and someone who has lived many sides of this industry.
Her journey into modeling started like many others: drawn to self-expression, creativity, and the freedom of being in front of the camera. But behind the scenes, she struggled with self-doubt, navigating an industry that doesn't always explain itself, and trying to understand her place in a world that can be both beautiful and unforgiving.
There were so many moments when she wished she had a mentor. Someone to tell her what mattered. Someone to help her build confidence instead of just chasing validation. Someone to help her understand the business, not just the poses.
Simultaneously, her background in mental health and trauma-informed work showed her something powerful:
Talent doesn’t struggle because they aren’t capable.
They struggle because they aren’t supported.
That realization changed everything.
She didn’t want to build a business that just produced images.
She wanted to build something that developed people.
So she created Lyfestyle Modeling to be the mentor, the structure, and the safe but challenging space she once needed herself.
