With a background in both modeling and trauma-informed development, Lauren Lyfestyle brings a rare blend of industry expertise and human-centered coaching. After experiencing firsthand the gaps in the industry as a working model, she founded Lyfestyle Modeling to create the structure, guidance, and preparation talent truly needs to become confident, grounded, and ready for real opportunities.

With over a decade of professional experience, Lauren has worked across the globe in cities like Dubai, New York, Atlanta, and New Orleans. She brings expertise in beauty, commercial, runway, and high fashion modeling, and has collaborated with major brands, photographers, and creatives to bring bold visual stories to life.
 

As a coach, Lauren goes beyond poses—she teaches mindset, branding, and strategy. From learning how to move with confidence to building your signature style and navigating the business of modeling, she helps you lay the foundation for lasting success.
