Lauren began her own modeling journey drawn to the freedom of self-expression, but like many, she faced self-doubt, struggled to navigate the industry, and worked hard to find her unique voice. Figuring it all out—especially the business side—on her own wasn’t easy, and there were many moments she wished for a mentor to guide her path and help her avoid the common pitfalls.

That desire to be the mentor she never had is exactly what led her to coaching. But Lauren didn’t want to build a generic, one-size-fits-all program—she designed her coaching to be deeply personal and tailored to each model’s individual journey.

With over a decade of professional experience, Lauren has worked across the globe in cities like Dubai, New York, Atlanta, and New Orleans.
